The Faulkner County Courthouse & Administrative Offices will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, for the George Washington & Daisy Bates Day Holiday. The U.S. government recognizes the third Monday in February as Presidents' Day. Despite its status as a federal holiday, states are free to name or celebrate it as they wish. Arkansas celebrates the day as George Washington & Daisy Bates Day. As always, our deputies will remain available should you need our assistance during this time. The Faulkner County Courthouse & Administrative Offices will reopen at 8:00am on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, for normal business hours.
