Ongoing Investigation: Elliot Lane Fire

The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office extends its deepest condolences to the family and loved ones affected by the tragic residential fire that claimed the life of a 4-year-old child last night on Elliot Lane in Conway. Our thoughts and prayers remain with everyone impacted by this heartbreaking loss.

We wish to express our appreciation to the Mayflower Fire Department, Conway Fire Department, Pafford Medical Services, Arkansas State Police, Conway Police Department, Faulkner County Coroner's Office, Faulkner County Road Department, Faulkner County Office of Emergency Management, Mayflower Police Department, and all other volunteers for their swift response, professionalism, and service during this difficult incident.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time by the Arkansas State Police and Faulkner County Sheriff's Office. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
