Community Engagement: UCA Police & Society Experiential Learning Partnership Health & Fitness Seminar

Faulkner County Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Hall was pleased to recently lead a Health & Fitness Seminar for students as part of our ongoing partnership with the UCA Police & Society course. This important seminar allowed students to begin developing a meal and exercise plan for themselves in advance of completing physical agility testing with partnering agencies. As part of this partnership, students complete ride-alongs, trainings, and physical entrance examinations with Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, Conway Police Department, University of Central Arkansas Police Department, City of Guy Police Department, and Arkansas State Police. This year, Faulkner County Sheriff's Office will be hosting our physical agility test, which is completed annually by all deputies, first for these students. Please join us in supporting them on their journey as they begin preparing for this test! We look forward to continuing to work with these students throughout the semester for this annual partnership!
