He began his law enforcement career in 1998 with the Conway Police Department, where he continued to serve until his retirement in June 2024. During his time with the Conway Police Department, he served as a patrol officer, K-9 officer, and a School Resource Officer. After retirement, he became an auxiliary deputy at the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, and he recently accepted a full-time position as a patrol deputy. He and his wife, Sherie, have four kids - three of which are grown and on their own - and one granddaughter. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, riding horses, camping, and riding motorcycles.
