At approximately 6:00 am this morning, the FCSO Special Response Team executed a narcotics search warrant at 39 West Spring Hill Drive, near Greenbrier. The investigation was conducted by the FCSO & 20th Judicial District Drug Task Force. There were numerous guns taken into evidence, drugs, cash, drug paraphernalia and other unknown substances that will be sent to the crime lab for testing. Depending on the results of the tests, additional charges could be filed later.

Kent Julian Pozorski, 30yo, was arrested and charged with the following.

*Charge 5: 5-64-411 Proximity to certain facilities- Enhanced Penalties (within 1000 Feet of Bus Stop)

*Charge 6: 5-64-443 Possession of drug paraphernalia Class A Misdemeanor

*Charge 7: 5-64-436 Possession with purpose to deliver over 14 grams Class D Felony

*Charge 8: 5-27-206 Endangering the welfare of a minor second degree Class A Misdemeanor.

*Charge 9: 5-64-419 Simple Possession Schedule 2 Class D Felony

*Charge 10: 5-64-419 Simple Possession Schedule 4 Class A Misdemeanor

*Charge 11: 5-64-402 Maintaining a Drug Premises Class C Felony
