The suspect in the stolen patrol car early Tuesday morning,  is now in custody. Tyler J. Beene (44) was captured in the Caney Creek area today at approximately 4pm without incident. Beene has been charged with the following;

• Aggravated Robbery - Y Felony
• Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons - B Felony
• Theft of Property - C Felony
• Theft of Property - D Felony
• Fleeing - D Felony
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia X 2 - D Felony
• Battery 2nd - D Felony
