The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office would like to extend a wealth of gratitude to the Faulkner County Quorum Court for approving the much needed salary adjustments for the Sheriff's Office along with a 4% cost of living adjustment.

We are still taking applications for Detention Officers, Patrol Deputies, and 911 Dispatchers.  Please see the new salaries effective January 1, 2022. 

Detention Officers
Current Starting Salary: $28,938.52
Salary as of 1/1/2022: $35,360.00
*Minimum 18yrs of age, with opportunities to promote to Patrol once 21yrs of age.

911 Dispatcher
Current Starting Salary: $34,000
Salary as of 1/1/2022: $35,880.00
*Minimum 18yrs of age

Entry Level Patrol Deputies
Current Starting Salary: $35,923.68
Salary as of 1/1/2022: $40,560.00
Once transferred out of Entry Level: $41,600.00
*Minimum 21yrs of age
*Applicants residing within a reasonable distance of Faulkner County encouraged to apply.
*Pre-certified (Post) encouraged, but not required.
