A Conway man, 50 years old James Barker, was arrested Wednesday night, October 23^rd, after deputies responded to a shooting on Clements Lane, Conway.

Deputies responded to the scene where 31 year old Dillon Russell had been shot in the arm. Investigators also arrived and determined that Barker and Russell got into an argument and at some point during the argument Barker shot Russell in the arm.

Following the investigation, Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Barker and he is now being held at the Faulkner County Detention Center and pending charges for felony Aggravated Assault.

Russell was taken to Conway Regional Medical Center and in stable condition.
