On Thursday, July 17, 2014, employees with the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office uncovered evidence of missing prescription narcotics scheduled for destruction pursuant to department policy. As a result, Captain Lloyd Vincent was immediately placed on administrative leave late Thursday night. As of this morning, Captain Vincent has resigned from the Faulkner County Sheriffs Office and a criminal investigation has been initiated and is ongoing.
