On 10/4/2017 at approximately 3:20 p.m. 51 year old David Ethan Dilks, of Locust Grove, Arkansas was arrested and charged with one count of Internet Stalking of a Child, a class Y Felony.

Undercover FCSO investigators began communicating with the suspect after locating an online solicitation allegedly placed by Dilks and communicated with Dilks from 10/2/2017 until his arrest on 10/4/2017. During those communications, Dilks is alleged to have made arrangements to engage in illegal sexual contact with an underage male. When Dilks arrived at a predetermined location in Guy, Arkansas he was contacted by FCSO personnel and placed under arrest. At the time of this contact, Dilks was found in possession of condoms, a cellular device, a pornographic DVD, and lubricant.

This incident is considered under investigation.  The court date and bond amount are pending at the time of this press release.
