At approximately 11:00 this morning, Faulkner County Sheriff's Office 911 Dispatch Center received a call stating there was a "crazy man" on her property they didn't know near the 100 block of Hwy 365.  The caller stated they thought the suspect was stealing things.

FCSO Deputies arrived on scene to find 49 year old Timothy Williams.  Williams was alleged to be in possession what appeared to be methamphetamine.  Williams alleged to have C4 (explosives) in his vehicle.  Deputies cleared the immediate area and closed Hwy 365 as a precautionary.

The Conway Fire Department responded and found the vehicle and area to be safe of any explosives.  The scene was cleared and the highway was opened back without further incident.  Williams was arrested with charges pending.
