FCSO needs your help locating 42 year old Tyrone D. Powell for failure to update registration as a registered sex offender in Faulkner County. Powell registered with FCSO to reside at Queens Manor apartment complex in Mayflower but no longer lives there, and has not updated his address.  Registered sex offenders are required to follow regulations pursuant to §12-12-906.

This offender was convicted of Sexual Assault-Fourth Degree on 3/10/08. The offense involved the then 32-year-old offender engaging in ongoing sexual contact with a 14-15-year-old female friend of his child. Around the same time a different 15-year-old female friend of his child said the offender molested her when she was at his home. A female relative of the offender said he engaged in sexual contact with her when she was between 9 and 13.
