Man Travels from North Dakota to Meet with Children; Arrested

On 10/29/2016, the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Randy James Myers, of Honeybrook, PA and charged him with Distribution of Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child-10 counts, a Class C Felony and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Rape, a Class A Felony.

 

On 10/23/2016, an FCSO Investigator began communicating with Myers in an online chat room entitled, “Incest Family Fun”. During those communications, Myers allegedly sent approximately 10 files depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child to the investigator. Myers made arrangements to travel from Bismarck, North Dakota to Conway, AR for the purpose of sexual contact with the undercover investigator and multiple children ranging in ages from 11-14 years old.

 

At the time of arrest, multiple items of evidence were allegedly found on Myers and/or in his vehicle. These items included a laptop, tablet, multiple cellular devices, multiple digital storage devices, a ball gag, rope, sex wrap, restraints, diapers, a leash and collar, multiple sex toys, condoms, lotions, and lubricant.

 

Myers is held at FCSO Unit 2 on a $500,000 bond. FCSO considers this incident under investigation.
