On 11/9/2016, Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Grant Warren Harris, age 30, from Maumelle, AR on one count of 5-27-304, Pandering or possessing visual or print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, a class C felony.

FCSO Investigators began investigating Harris on 6/21/2016. During the investigation, an undercover officer communicated with Harris via text messages and emails using multiple undercover identities until the date of his arrest.

On 11/9/2016 Harris arrived at a predetermined location in Conway, AR and was immediately contacted by FCSO personnel. Investigators interviewed Harris regarding previous communications where Harris allegedly solicited files depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. At the time of his arrest, Harris was found in possession of a cellular device, which was seized by officers as part of their investigation.

FCSO considers this case to be under investigation. A court date has been set for 11/21/16.
