On 08-17-13 at approximately 2:30pm three inmates escaped from Faulkner County Detention Center Unit 2. Joel Vermillion (28), Jonathan Jackson (24), and Stacy Wilson (41) escaped from the recreation yard by pulling back a chain link fence. The three also ran through locked gate and then jump a barb wire fence to a business located next to the detention center, where they stole a 1997 white 4 door Chevy Lumina (LPN# 184 SAO). They were last seen wearing white t-shirts and going towards Dave Ward Dr. There are policies and procedures in place that were not followed, that led to their escape. Deputies and Investigators are out searching the area and a BOLO has been sent out state wide for these individuals.
