On 4.15.16, the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office Sex-Offender Coordinator received an anonymous call stating John Cupit, a level 2 (high) registered sex offender, was not living at the address where he was registered to be living. Investigators were able to verify this information to be correct and attempted to locate his whereabouts. 

On 4.21.16, deputies were able to locate Cupit at an address on Williams Ranch Rd., and arrested him on a charge of Failure to Register Sex Offender. At the time of this release, Cupit was at Unit 2 with a $30,000 bond and a court date of 7.25.16.
